General Summary As valuable partner to our business groups, this position is expected to take following responsibilities and tasks for the financial excellence and business success
- Planning and forecasting of responsible function spending (Annual budget/Quarterly Outlook/ Quarter end Mini Outlook)
- Prepare the variance analysis report for budget/Outlook/Act bridge and highlights
- Monthly/Quarterly Financial dashboard report to business partner
- OPEX & HC daily management, including PR/PO/Non-PO review, approval, daily tracking, monthly report with financial advisory to BU lead, etc.
- Business partnership with responsible Function, including financial/process advisory, decision support, control, and risk monitoring
- Partnering with teams for month end PO/non-PO accrual
