Job Description:

The Store Payroll Finance team acts as the primary finance partner for our Retail stores worldwide. The team works with our field leaders and corporate partners to ensure that the stores have the payroll resources to enrich the lives of our customers and employees.·Provide analysis, insight and recommendations on existing store requisition processes, including reporting, req approval and new store staffing · Data processing and approval of positions and requisitions within our stores based on store level demand needs
· Partner with the Retail Field leadership to implement Payroll strategies that support financial and operational goals
· Create and implement process improvement projects that help Company scale and grow our Retail presence
· Own and manage field facing payroll policies and procedures
· Conduct ad hoc analysis in support of retail finance and field leadership
