About the position
Support the Finance Officer and his team on the research grant Accelerating Impacts of CGIAR Climate Research for Africa (AICCRA) with all financial (budget development, monitoring, and reporting), contractual (staff, consultants, and partners) and administrative matters in cooperation with the center’s supporting offices.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring of the budget execution of the project’s research units, ensuring that expenses are appropriately charged and maintaining close contact with the person in charge of support in the Alliance Bioversity CIAT’s financial teamAdministrative support and other tasks related to budgets and contracts as neededSupport the team in the preparation of management and execution reports that are required for the program, as well as the annual work plans, budget, and semi-annual reportsProvide support for expenditure reporting to donors and for internal u...
