Financial Accounting & Reporting Prepare monthly trial balances and management accounts Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management Ensure accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations Maintain IFRS and statutory compliance

Month-End & Finance Operations Oversee full month-end close processes (debtors, creditors, bank, inventory, fixed assets) Ensure deadlines are consistently met
