Position Overview
- Maintain bookkeeping for international holding entities on a day‑to‑day basis
- Own and execute month‑end close activities including journal postings, accruals and reconciliations
- Prepare and reconcile expenses, payroll, VAT and bank accounts
- Manage daily cash activity and ensure accurate recording of transactions across entities and currencies
- Support entity-level financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate close
- Report monthly results to the Financial Controller and identify current and potential issues
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate resolution
- Work closely with the Group team (US) to ensure correct accounting treatment under US GAAP and local GAAP
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate with internal teams including AP, payroll, tax and treasury to ensure proper accounting treatment
