there are circa 10 office personnel with 3 working in the accounts / purchasing function. What we are looking for is the very experienced Accounts Technician or Part qualified/full Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- PAYE incl BIK filings,
- Central Statistics office filings
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the accounts department and make sure all parts and people are working in sync
- liaising with accountants, customers, suppliers
- Making sure the accounts software is fully up to date and reconciled at all times
- Supplier payments
- Producing figures for yearend accounts
- Wages and Payroll Processing including new starts and leavers.
- Prepare VAT, PAYE & RCT and file to Ros (experience using ROS essential)
