The Financial Accountant will take responsibility for the full financial accounting function, including property and lease accounting, reconciliations, month-end reporting, tenant and creditor accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and property legislation. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, leasing, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient management of tenant accounts and property-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
