Finance System Solution Analyst

As a Finance System Solution Analyst, you will help ensure that our finance systems are stable, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with Finance users and management, Aalto Schools, support functions, and external system and service providers.

Main responsibilities

• Identify and prepare system development needs.
• Manage and follow up on approved developments and testing.
• Participate in user training and maintain training materials.
• Represent the Finance organization in university-wide development projects when needed.
• Handle and resolve support requests (incidents, problems, questions) from Aalto users.
• Manage and follow up on support requests with system vendors.
• Take initiative to improve system usability and user satisfaction.
• Manage and regularly review system access rights.
