The Mission

Lead the local finance architecture, taking ownership of all finance operations.

• Oversee an immediate ERP/CRM migration from scratch while maintaining full visibility over day‑to‑day accounting operations.
• Work directly with the Associate Director, ensuring a flat organizational structure with minimal bureaucracy.
• Operate in a lean and agile environment, driving the department alongside one dedicated Accounts Executive and building your own operational workflows.
