We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven Finance Manager to lead and oversee the entire finance function of the organisation. The ideal candidate must possess extensive UAE experience within the real estate, property development, construction, or real estate investment sector and demonstrate strong expertise in financial governance, real estate finance operations, UAE taxation, statutory compliance, audit management, financial controls, escrow monitoring, development finance, and regulatory reporting.

The candidate should have strong exposure to real estate financial structures including property development accounting, leasing and asset management finance, project financial monitoring, developer compliance requirements, and UAE real estate regulatory frameworks.
