Position Overview

Working with a Housing Association to look for a Finance Manager to join their growing team

Location: Nottingham

Onsite Requirements: Hybrid (2 days a week)

Salary: 55,-60,

What the Finance Manager will do:

  • Rent and service charge reconciliations
  • Medium/Long term forecasting and financial business plans for the organisation
  • Prepare cash flow reports
  • Lead year end audit
  • Manage statutory accounts

    • What the Finance Manager will have:

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification
  • Practical experience within audit
  • Line management experience
  • Background in financial accounting
  • Experience working in Housing and a regulated environment
