About the Role :
As the

Manager – Finance , you will play a pivotal role in driving financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the Fund and AMC entities. The role requires strong expertise in fund accounting, taxation, audits, and regulatory reporting, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely financial reporting, seamless audit execution, investor distributions, and adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
