Finance Manager

 We are seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join a well-established and growing group of companies operating across multiple sectors. This is a hands-on leadership role, acting as the Managing Director's right-hand person and future strategic partner.
This is not a back-office spreadsheet position - you'll need to think on your feet, communicate effectively, and bring clarity to complex financial operations across several entities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a multi-entity group.
Provide strategic financial insights to support growth and development.
Manage and delegate transactional tasks to existing accounting team.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls.
Engage with operational teams and contribute to commercial decision-making.
