Role & responsibilities

• Act as the strategic finance lead to the CEO, driving long-term planning and growth strategy execution.
• Drive IPO-readiness initiatives, transforming reporting standards and implementing public-grade governance.
• Lead fundraising and capital-raising execution, including financial modeling and due diligence support.
• Drive valuation improvement initiatives through capital structure optimization and working capital efficiency.
• Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and fund usage management aligned with strategic priorities. Establish and strengthen financial governance and internal controls in compliance with IFRS.
• Oversee the accounting process and ensure timely monthly/annual closings.
