Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Full ownership of the finance functionSupervise day to day finance transactions by the teamOversee payroll processesMaintain accurate financial records and ledgersLine manager to finance team (x2)Produce monthly management accounts & rolling 3 months forecast with commentaryPrepare balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reportsEnsure timely and accurate month-end closeProvide clear financial insights to the boardPrepare annual budgets and regular forecastsActively manage cash flow and working capital
