Position Overview
Finance tasks and Reporting - Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and accounting standards (E.g. IFRS/GAAP)
- Prepare and submit accounts schedule and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Oversee the full financial cycle including AR/AP and all accounting processes.
- Handle bank entries / bank reconciliation / GL entries / payments / financial schedules etc.
- GST Submission and claims
- Management company cash flows and optimize working capital
- Monitor foreign exchange exposures and implement hedging strategies if required.
Financial planning and Compliance - Develop annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare variance analysis reports.
