Position Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Work with the Office Relocation team as Finance Representative in preparation for moving of office, including packing of documentsSupport the annual asset verification cum asset write-off exercise in preparation for office relocationSupport the registration and tagging of new assets, and update asset locations post office relocationLiaise with the business departments in asset verification and taggingWork with the vendor to troubleshoot issues faced during the asset verification exercises conducted using RFID technologyAssist with asset management transactions/postings in Workday and Digital Workplace Asset Management System, reconciliations, etc.Perform sampling checks on assetsAny other ad hoc assignmentsJob Requirements:
