Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making Develop and implement financial policies aligned with corporate objectives Drive cost optimization, capital efficiency, and resource allocation strategies 2. Oversee accurate and timely financial statements and management reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (e.g., HKEX, US GAAP/SEC, PRC A-share where applicable) Manage statutory audits, interim reviews, and internal control processes 3. Cross-Border Financial Management
