Job Description:

Start of the Finance Development Program is in **September 2026** Assessments are planned for July 2026.

**What you can expect from the program:**

+ You will assume a full-time position and develop hands-on financial skills while collaborating with experienced and international teams across our Business Units and Corporate function.
+ During the two-year program, you will undergo four partly remote rotations each six months, such as Internal Audit, Plant Controlling, FP&A or Project Controlling, in an international environment in EMEA, offering you a fast track into the Finance world at TE Connectivity.
