Role Overview
The Finance Controller leads and manages the Finance Controlling function, covering Tax, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Technical Controlling, and Finance Operations. This role serves as the keeper of the company's accounting and regulatory compliance, ensuring financial information adheres to applicable standards and frameworks, while driving best practices in corporate governance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership across all finance controlling functions including day-to-day finance operations (AP/disbursements, AR, fixed asset management), technical controlling, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS, SEC, BIR, and BSP requirements, including statutory audits, internal controls, and comprehensive financial policies and procedures.
