We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Porto team and support manufacturing operations across one of our regions. The role combines operational controlling with business partnering to enhance performance transparency and enable better decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Controlling & Performance Insight

• Act as the finance focal point for manufacturing operations in the region
• Contribute to month‑end activities with timely inputs, validations, and performance commentary
• Analyze financial results and explain variances across COGS, OPEX, inventory, and CAPEX
• Track and interpret manufacturing KPIs (efficiency, yield, scrap, productivity)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
• Maintain robust standard costing, inventory accuracy, and production reporting
