What you’ll do

As the Finance Business Partner – Compliance, you will provide high-quality financial support and strategic insight to our Asset Management and Sustainability Directorate. Working closely with compliance delivery teams, you will help ensure the efficient and effective delivery of key compliance programmes, supporting the safety and quality of residents’ homes.

You will act as a trusted finance partner, providing expert financial guidance, robust analysis and meaningful insight that enables operational leaders to make informed decisions. Through strong collaboration and financial stewardship, you will contribute to delivering excellent services and achieving organisational priorities.
