Position Overview
Job responsibilities - Perform daily finance operations, including system bookkeeping, expense verification, asset maintenance, bank reconciliation, and month‑end closing.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and annual closing reports.
- Handle tax filing, liaise with auditors, manage GST submissions, and coordinate with external business partners.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
Job requirements - Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Familiar with corporate finance and accounting operations in Singapore, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in common office software, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English to liaise with stakeholders in China who speak only Chinese.
- Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
