Final Setup Technician

Responsibilities

Final set-up and assemble mechanical parts, pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment.

Read, interpret, and follow basic engineering drawings, diagrams, specifications and other written instructions or procedures to accurately perform final set-up/alignment of module or equipment.

Fine‑tune, test, and troubleshoot module or equipment in accordance with current standard operating procedures for functionality or quality.

Rework and/or repair the equipment according to engineering specification changes.

Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to drawing specifications, using instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
