Position Summary

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and assembling high-quality Mexican food items, especially tacos, while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and speed during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Warm tortillas and prepare taco ingredients according to recipes and standards
• Assemble and garnish food with excellent presentation
• Maintain food quality, freshness, and cleanliness standards
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
