About the Role

The Field Technician supports the POS terminal rental business by attending onsite service requests, installing and replacing terminals, performing basic troubleshooting, and assisting merchants. This is a junior role suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with basic technical skills and willingness to learn .

Key Responsibilities

POS Terminal Installation & Support

• Install, replace, swap or collect POS terminals at merchant locations.
• Perform basic setup, including power connection, SIM card checking, network connection, printer roll installation and device testing.
• Guide merchants on basic terminal usage.
• Collect service acknowledgements and installation records.
