Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Field Technician. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining digital kiosk systems, providing on-site and remote technical support, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The technician will coordinate with clients to ensure successful deployment, conduct routine maintenance, and provide training on the use of Popshap’s solutions. Additional responsibilities include reporting and documentation of service activities and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and solutions.
