Position Overview
Field Support & Service Technician /Engineer Responsibilities - Provide Pre and after-sales maintenance support
- Carry out troubleshooting, basic repairs, rectification, and servicing of AV and IT hardware and software
- Manage preventive and comprehensive maintenance, setup, installation, and commissioning of AV systems and solutions
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Support in handling projects
- Provide engineering and application support to the Sales Team
- Field support for installation and cabling work on-site as necessary
- Responsible for system setup, testing, and commissioning
- Prepare service reports and documentation
- Project management
- Perform any other technical roles and responsibilities as necessary
Requirements - Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in IT, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering
