Position Overview
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise, mentor, and support field service technicians, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead by example in both technical execution and professional conduct. Coordinate and oversee field service activities, including installation, start-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure proper system installation and commissioning. Review and approve service reports, maintenance logs, and field documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while on-site. Manage team scheduling, time reporting, and expense tracking.
