Our client, a world leader in machine tools, is looking for a Field Service Technician.

The incumbent will be responsible for installing, training customers on, and repairing CNC sheet metal fabrication machines, including laser systems. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing our own schedule, and being available for flexible hours to ensure uninterrupted machinery operation for the clients. A valid passport and willingness to travel for customer service and training are required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to arrange service calls.
• Perform installation, diagnosis, and repair of CNC equipment.
• Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
• Effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors via phone, email, or in person.
• Interpret and understand electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and parts diagrams.
• Place replacement orders for customers as needed.
