Field Service Technician Job Description
Skyline Products is looking for someone who will represent the company in a highly professional, consultative and customer centric way. A self-starter having the ability to represent to a degree our Sales, Customer Service, and Engineering departments, in addition to having excellent electronic troubleshooting skills. This person will provide customer support, field testing and repair on electronic dynamic message signs, traffic control systems, and electronic price signs.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

+ Travel to customer sites to perform onsite installation, configuration, inspections, preventative maintenance, upgrades, testing and troubleshooting of sign systems located at C-Stores, interstates and local roads

+ Ability to work and troubleshoot independently, as well as manage a parts inventory
