PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair and train customers on the safe and proper operation of NOV products. Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system. Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner. Identify those characteristics of the design that are crucial to the safe and proper functioning of the product. Prepare for service jobs including downloading drawings, software, and all procedures required. Utilize safe work habits. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned. FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
