Our multi award winning facilities management client are looking to develop their senior management team with this great opportunity. We are seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of engineers working on Automatic and Industrial Doors covering the North West.

This amazing opportunity would suit somebody who has a background in managing a team in a Supervisor/ Team Leader role looking to make that next step. This role is new to the market due to continued growth of the company, and is definitely one not to be missed.

Responsibilities of the role include managing workloads, call‑out rotas, performance monitoring, and ensuring service level agreements are consistently met. With this comes a generous salary of £55,000 basic salary, plus door to door payments, a company van, 25 days holiday plus statutory leave, a company performance‑related bonus paid annually and private medical care including dental.
