Position Overview
Responsibilities: Support valve-related site surveys, installations, and implementation activities while ensuring smooth execution at customer locations. Diagnose and resolve valve and control instrumentation issues, providing timely technical troubleshooting and maintenance support. Coordinate with customer service and internal teams to plan, schedule, and execute field service and repair activities effectively. Carry out valve servicing and repair work both on-site and in-house, while preparing root cause analysis reports with cross-functional team Drive customer engagement by identifying sales opportunities, promoting maintenance contracts and solutions, while maintaining strict compliance with workplace safety and EHS standards. Requirements: Degree in Engineering At least 3 years of relevant experience
