Field Service Engineer ( Precision Cooling System) Roles and Responsibilities The Field Service Engineer is responsible for Installation, testing and commissioning, preventive maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of precision cooling units(CRAC/CRAH, in-row coolers, chillers, and close-control ACs) and to support 24/7operation in mission-critical environments. Key Responsibilities 1. Installation & Commissioning Supervise / execute site installation of precision cooling units per manufacturer specifications. Perform refrigerant charging, leak checks, piping, and electrical connections. Testing and Commission units with proper airflow, setpoints, humidity control, and alarm verification. Integrate with BMS (Building Management System) via Modbus, BACnet, or other protocols. Provide Operational raining to User. 2.
