Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Philips solutions, including installations, upgrades, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and related activities at customer sites across Castilla y León.
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support to implementation and project teams.
- Collaborate closely with Healthcare Information Systems implementation teams during deployment and post go-live, including integration activities, third‑party device connectivity, and data exploitation.
- Act as technical lead for small to medium implementations, managing technical escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform remote monitoring, manage alerts, open incident tickets, and drive incident resolution while maintaining clear customer communication, accurate documentation, and compliance with Philips work practices and health & safety guidelines.
