How you’ll make an impact:

You will be involved in on time preparation and submission of reports during project/service execution. Reports work done in a timely manner and follow-up on daily activity report, progress report chart update plan vs. actual, weekly timesheet entry, field service report with customer endorsement, test report(review as necessary), COC (signed by customer), manual tmesheet, reimbursement/liquidation in Concur application with proper order charging.

You will establish good relationship with the client during field services, thus, Company will have good feedback from its client resulting to frequent POs/services, contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation, maintain a good relationship with the customers, identify new sales opportunities and recommendation and communicate internally, customer satisfied with the performance and execution of Service work according to the contract...
