- 3 or more years of field support experience
- Experience in using ServiceNow with understanding of ITIL
- Experienced in coordinating network project will be added advantage
- Experience working with customer technology and support requirements
- Good communication skills and good team player.

- Willing to contribute on Continuous Service Improvement
- Flexible on ad hoc assignment & projects – 50% of the time will be working under direct client demand / instructions.
