頭部と脊椎の疾患に対する治療機器と手術支援機器を提供するクラニアル&スパイナルテクノロジーズ（CST）は脊椎疾患の治療に用いる脊椎内固定器具（ねじ）や椎間板ヘルニアなどの治療に用いる内視鏡などの機器を提供するスパイン（SPINE）事業部、また手術用ナビゲーションシステム、2D透視や3D画像の撮影機能を備えたX線画像装置などを提供するイネイブリングテクノロジー（ET）事業部で構成されております。
