In This Role, You Will - Build strong relationships with our clients (sellers and buyers)
- Present car features and demonstrate (test drive) during field viewings
- Work closely with finance, insurance and transfer teams to ensure successful vehicle transfer
- Identify customers’ needs before making recommendations
- Assist with client queries and questions via phone and email during viewings
- Understand the motor market and its various audiences
- Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio
