Job Description

We are looking for a commercially focused and dynamic FMCG leader to head up our Field Sales Team EUC.

Along with outstanding leadership and a clear vision to impact the sales agenda this position will also add a key voice in the Europe Central Leadership Team, as well as the Sales Leadership Team, responsible for building and maintaining partnerships and implementing a joint value to drive business growth!

Core Responsibilities

• Be a member of EUC leadership team

• Lead German, Austrian, Swiss field sales team of 18 employees, the field Sales management team of 3 employees plus overall leadership of 3 countries (Germany / Austria / Switzerland)

• Ensure excellence in execution of our strategic priorities in brick-and-mortar channels
