Responsible for overseeing field quality execution by ensuring inspection readiness, compliance controls, and standardized processes are implemented across projects. This position supports Field Quality Managers through coaching, audits, training, and site engagement while assisting teams in resolving nonconformances and performing root cause analysis. The Quality Manager drives continuous improvement by developing quality standards, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing lessons learned and Lean practices, while promoting adherence to the Quality program across the organization.

Location & Travel Details: You’ll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewable projects. This is a traveling position (up to 100%), where you will be onsite at a project location.
