Successful candidates will utilize manual mills and lathes, with experience in setting up and operating these machines. Additionally, proficiency in TIG welding is essential for the repair of diaphragms. This role requires adaptability and critical thinking, as repairs vary and often lack predefined instructions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Repair gas and steam turbines using manual mills and lathes.
+ Set up and operate manual mills and lathes.
+ Perform TIG welding to repair diaphragms.
+ Work extended hours during busy seasons, including day and night shifts from Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sundays.
