As a Field Instructor, you will train and support new franchise distributors in areas such as business strategy, sales, customer service, computer skills, warranty returns, and tool repair processing. This job requires heavy travel, with 80% or more of your time spent traveling, so you must live within one hour of a major airport. Travel may be national and sometimes international.
You may also review open and existing lists of calls (LOCs) based on business needs. Other duties include setting up point-of-sale equipment, organizing products in the distributor’s mobile store according to company guidelines, and helping place products and Matco toolboxes in the mobile retail store when needed.
