About the Role Engineer Plus is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Executive to expand our waterproofing business in the Hyderabad region. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, client interaction, and business development on the ground level .
Key Responsibilities - Visit construction sites, residential & commercial projects
- Identify potential clients and generate leads
- Explain company products/services
- Conduct site inspections and suggest suitable solutions
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal team
- Follow up with leads and close deals (site locking)
- Maintain daily visit reports and updates
- Support in market research and competitor analysis
Requirements - Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of field sales / site work experience (Construction/Waterproofing preferred)
