1. Installation, maintenance and servicing of a wide variety of equipment including but not limited to:

3. Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, server performance, and communication between security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems).
4. Provide feedback to management on issues faced on the ground
