Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years leadership experience in merchandising experience within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of retail stores merchandising dynamics.
• Must be residing in Bulacan/ Nueva Ecija/ Tarlac.

Job responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of merchandisers.
• Ensure that all vacancies and deployment are filled with qualified candidates.
• Monitor the inventory of stores.
• Work closely with the marketing and store operations teams to ensure effective product displays and merchandising strategies in retail stores.
