Job Description:

• Act as the corporate representative to liaise with customers and promote the company's products.
• Lead & drive New Product Introduction and New Technology Introduction projects, covering technical, quality and operational aspects to ensure timely market entry. Key responsibilities include: (1) Reviewing customer specifications externally or proposing counter-solutions based on the device applications to meet product performance requirements; (2) Defining project timeline and coordinating internal and external resouces to ensure key milestones are achived on schedule; (3) Collaborating with sales and internal fabrication teams to ensure smooth volume ramp-up, meeting business expansion or extension needs.
• Manage post sales service (technical, quality & operation) to ensure Continuous Improvement Programs in process enginnering are progressing effectively, and oversee customer communication.
