Develop, debug, and implement test solutions for semiconductor devices on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) platforms. Support test program correlations and production release activities. Optimize existing test solutions to improve yield and throughput. Troubleshoot testing issues and enhance test methodologies. Provide on-site support to customers utilizing ATE. Gather customer requirements and collaborate with internal engineering teams to create innovative solutions.
