**Job Overview**
Assists with pre-development work and provides technical and administrative support to the field service staff and customers for products.
**Job Requirements**
+ Compiling and maintaining documentation of customer problems, questions, and requests.
+ Assisting in documenting the commonly asked questions regarding technical support and presentations for a particular line of products.
+ Documenting the bugs and issues, troubleshooting for the same, and assisting in the field testing the new products with various scenarios.
+ Assisting in conducting engineering customer events and conferences and scheduling technical training.
